Emeritus Professor Zimmer held degrees from Monash University, Swinburne University, the University of Liverpool and the University of New South Wales. He also held a PhD and Doctor of Science from the University of New South Wales.  He was a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Social Sciences, the Australian Society of Practicing Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Leaders of Social Sciences, and a Member of the American Accounting Association and the Accounting and Finance Association of Australia and New Zealand.

She is a Associate Professor of Accounting and a Certified Fraud Examiner, a Member of Association of Certified Fraud Examiners,  Arizona Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), Forensic Accounting Education Section Chair of American Accounting Association (AAA), a Co=Vice President of Arizona Business Aviation Association and Federally Certified Tax Preparer of American Association of Retired Persons (AARP).

Xiubao Yu holds a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Queensland, Master and Bachelor in Business Management from China University of Mining and Technology.  She is a reviewer of the European Academy of Management of Management. She was the keynote speaker at the 4th Eduniversial Work Convention and participated in the United States of America Department of Energy IAC Director Meeting, Niagara City. She was a Visiting Professor with Marquette University and the University of Haifa. She has published widely in many of the top Journals and books. She is a corporate strategy practitioner and involves in many of the sponsored research projects in China for corporations such as, China Metallurgy Co. Ltd, Shanghai electricity Group, Jiangxi Telecom and US Energy Foundation.
